Service Delivery Policy
A Con is a full finishing and fit-out contractor. Every project starts with a site assessment, which is the service booked and paid for on this website. Nothing physical is shipped. This page explains what you receive after paying the assessment fee, where we operate, and how long delivery takes.
What you receive
The site assessment fee covers:
- A visit to your unit by an A Con specialist on the date and time you booked, to survey and measure the space.
- As-built 2D plans of the unit, delivered as a PDF. These are the base on which your design is developed.
- An initial bill of quantities (BOQ) built on those plans. This is a preliminary, non binding estimate to help you plan.
Where we operate
Site assessments are available in the areas listed below, across Greater Cairo, the North Coast, Ain Sokhna, El Gouna and Soma Bay. If your area is not listed, call +20 111 600 1817 and we will tell you whether we can arrange a visit and what the fee would be.
Site assessment fee by area
The fee depends on where your unit is. It is shown again before you pay on the booking page. All amounts are in Egyptian pounds.

The visit
Your appointment is confirmed by email once payment is received, and a member of our team will call you before the visit. Each appointment holds a one hour window. Please make sure someone is available to give our specialist access to the unit at the booked time.
Delivery time
The as-built 2D plans and initial BOQ are sent to your email address within seven working days after the visit. If the unit is unusually large or complex, our specialist will tell you at the visit if more time is needed.
After delivery
The assessment is the first step of a full A Con project. Once you have the as-built plans and initial BOQ, we develop the design of your space, with a partner design house or from drawings you bring, and prepare a full quotation for the finishing and fit-out works. The quotation and the works are agreed in a separate written contract, and A Con then executes the project end to end.
